The pair can be exchanged for another size of the same style. Incase your desired size is not available at the time of exchange, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value.

Shipping policy:-
We have free shipping policy within India. Once you place an order your pair would be dispatched with in 1-2 working days and it will be delivered within 3-8 working days, depending upon the location. We use India’s largest logistics companies for shipping. Incase your location is still not serviceable, our team will contact you to find an alternative solution.
If you are from Jammu & Kashmir:- plz note, the delivery might take a bit longer time as depending upon the current situation there.
There are some locations, where only Indian post works, so in that case, Indian post takes at least 10 to 15 days to deliver. We request you to be patient.
During festive season, adverse weather conditions or PANDEMIC, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
